To ensure the selection of candidates who combine academic rigor with high technical capacity, every nomination dossier across all three award categories must satisfy two non-negotiable verification gates before being scored by the international jury:
Nominees must provide certified terminal degrees (MBBS/BDS plus MSPH, MPH, MPhil, PhD, DrPH, or equivalent Level 7/8 terminal degrees) along with official equivalences (e.g., HEC/PMDC or international regulatory bodies). Academic credentials are formally weighted alongside domain expertise within the rubric.
In research, pedagogy, and field deployment, candidates must submit verified clearance from an Institutional Review Board (IRB), Ethical Review Committee (ERC), or institutional compliance authority. Any substantiated history of plagiarism, scientific fabrication, research misconduct, or professional censure results in immediate disqualification (zero score).
Strict Verification & Anti-Discrepancy Policy:
All submitted supporting documents will be verified directly from the submitting sources from where the documents originated. If any discrepancy, inconsistency, or no response from the organizations is found, the candidate will be dropped down from the nomination process. If substantiated inconsistency or fraudulent data is detected, the nominee will be dropped down and permanently banned for future nomination cycles.

The STEM Apex Awards are adjudicated by an Independent International Jury Panel comprising distinguished professors, department chairs, and global health scholars from accredited institutions across the United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia.

To maintain strict double-blind evaluation protocols and prevent institutional lobbying or external bias during active scoring, individual juror profiles remain sequestered until the official conferment ceremony on December 27, 2026.
Roster Rotation Policy & Standing College of Reviewers
To ensure absolute academic independence and prevent evaluation fatigue, the STEM Apex Awards International Jury operates on a strict rotation model. No juror may serve consecutive cycles. The master "STEM Apex International College of Reviewers" consists of 20–30 international scholars across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia, with randomized double-blind allocation of blinded dossiers to subsets of 6 jurists per cycle.
Strict Non-Contact & Anti-Lobbying Protocol
Any candidate, institution, or proxy attempting to contact past, present, or prospective members of the International Jury Panel regarding nominations, scoring criteria, or evaluation outcomes will face immediate, permanent disqualification of their current dossier and a minimum two-year institutional blacklisting from all STEM Apex Award tracks.
